Listings in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service database attracted more than 3.7 million online views during March. The activity reflects views by around 109,000 unique visitors who used the recently launched OneHome™ platform.
Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), the leading resource for the region’s residential real estate industry, selected CoreLogic’s OneHome™ platform as its new client portal, launching it in October. The data-driven platform enables brokers to better connect with their customers and assist them in finding their ideal home and navigating the home buying and selling process in more powerful ways.
One key feature of OneHome’s secure, easy-to-use, collaborative platform is PropertyFit™. It uses artificial intelligence to provide buyers with customized, rated listing recommendations based on profiles that buyers create. The platform also offers neighborhood information not previously available, such as school ratings, walk score, public records data, estimated monthly costs (mortgage, taxes, etc.), and market insights (median sale price, owner/renter occupied percentages, age and income demographics) for the local area.
Consumers can mark listings as favorites, save searches, use the OneHome Planner to prepare for their purchase and/or sale, send notes to their broker, and receive instant text notifications on new or updated listings. OneHome displays the most accurate and current listing information, as the data comes directly from Northwest MLS.
The robust, intuitive interface works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Only clients that have been invited by their broker are able to access OneHome. The platform’s developers describe it as a “frictionless, reimagined solution to reduce pain points” in the homebuying journey.
“NWMLS is committed to providing our members with the most robust technology to make the home buying and selling experience more effective, efficient, and interactive for their clients and customers,” said Tom Hurdelbrink, NWMLS chief executive officer. “We are very pleased to partner with CoreLogic to bring the innovative OneHome platform to the Northwest residential real estate community.”
Hurdelbrink said among its member offices, some 19,400 brokers have active users on the platform. Those brokers have tallied over 45,000 registered clients using OneHome as of March. Together they recorded around 66,000 “likes” on listings they viewed last month.
