Members of the North Central Washington Association of REALTORS® can access data, tools and continuing education in residential real estate from Northwest MLS
A recent agreement between the North Central Washington Association of REALTORS® (NCWAR) and Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) has centralized the availability of the most accurate and current residential real estate listing data in the region. NCWAR members will now access real estate listings, as well as innovative products, services and tools, via the NWMLS platform.
“REALTORS® of North Central Washington are excited to leverage the scale of NWMLS to better serve the real estate needs of our buyers and sellers,” said NCWAR President Cameron West. “Our members have balanced several multiple listing services for years and we’re excited to adopt NWMLS as the single solution for Central Washington.”
The agreement with NWMLS supports NCWAR’s current roster of 300-plus members in Chelan, Douglas and Okanogan counties by providing data and public record information on local properties, extensive continuing education courses, updates on rules and regulations within the industry, and customer service available seven days a week.
“Our firms that operate in multiple markets are eager to standardize on one MLS to support our clients and teams across all of Central Washington,” said Adam Rynd, NCWAR Board Member and Coldwell Banker Cascade Designated Broker and Principal.
Tom Hurdelbrink, president and chief executive officer of NWMLS, believes that the partnership between NCWAR and NWMLS will open the door to increased services for consumers in areas of Central and Eastern Washington. Those areas have seen significant demand for housing in response to migration out of Western Washington and King County in particular.
“With growing need for guidance in the competitive housing market, consumers in the North Central Washington region can confidently depend on their local brokers to provide them with the most accurate data possible. We are looking forward to our partnership with NCWAR to expand access to valuable resources and support for our members,” said Hurdelbrink.
