Monica Beck, Chief Operations Officer, is a seasoned professional in the MLS industry, with a career that began in 1980 at the North End Brokers Association, which has since evolved into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). With over four decades of experience in the industry, Monica’s expertise spans a wide spectrum, encompassing MLS product management and operations.

A hands-on leader with an unwavering commitment to excellence, Monica is truly passionate about providing NWMLS members with top-notch products, exceptional customer service, and unwavering support. Monica assumes the crucial responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Kirkland headquarters office and its 21 service centers. Her areas of expertise include member outreach, NWMLS growth and regionalization, as well as oversight of the Call Center, Membership, Communications & Training, and Listing Input departments, as well as administrative office staff.

Additionally, Monica actively participates in various NWMLS Committees as well as local, state, and national industry groups. Monica’s contributions extend to her role as a past president of the Council of MLS, where she also served several terms as a board member.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new destinations through travel and adventure, and spending leisurely days boating.
