NWMLS is proud to announce that Keith Bruce, NWMLS Board Member and Designated Broker/Co-Founder of Sound Point Real Estate LLC, has been appointed as one of seven Real Estate Commissioners for the State of Washington. The Commission is dedicated to upholding, protecting, and promoting the interests of licensees, entities, and consumers by fairly and impartially developing and administrating licensing laws and regulations.
Appointed by Governor Jay Inslee, Keith will serve a six-year term on the commission, where he and his colleagues will collaborate to uphold and protect public interest by holding educational conferences and will provide advisement on real estate laws and regulations, and more.
Keith is also Co-Vice President for the NW Independent Brokers Association (NWIBA) and serves as a Washington State Housing and Finance Commission instructor, a military housing counselor/instructor, and as a diversity committee member with the Snohomish County Sheriff. Before his role on the NWMLS Board of Directors, Keith was also a member of the NWMLS Arbitration Committee and NWMLS Systems Advisory Group.
Congratulations, Keith! We are excited to watch your accomplishments on the Washington State Real Estate Commission over the next six years.
