NWMLS Announces Officers for its Board of Directors

Officers are elected from current members of the NWMLS board

Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) announced the officers for its 2025 board of directors.

David Maider, designated broker of Windermere Real Estate M2 LLC in Everett, was elected as the 2025 chairperson of the board. He served as vice chairperson of the NWMLS board in 2024.

Other members who were elected to officer positions on the board of directors include:

• Jill Himlie as vice chairperson – Windermere Real Estate/Himlie – Shelton
• JoAnna Harrison as treasurer – Coldwell Banker Cascade – Wenatchee
• Rachelle Willhite as secretary – Best Choice Realty – Seattle
• Frank Leach as immediate past chairperson – RE/MAX Platinum Services – Silverdale

The additional members of the board of directors include:

More about the elected officers

David Maider

Chairperson Maider is the owner and designated broker at Windermere Real Estate/M2, LLC, and has served for over 31 years in the real estate industry in King and Snohomish counties. Maider is actively involved in the Windermere Foundation as well as other Snohomish County-based charities and has served as past chairman of the Windermere Snohomish County Standards of Practice.

Jill Himlie

Vice chairperson Himlie is the designated broker/owner of Windermere Shelton, possessing ABR, SRES and CRB certifications and designations. She is a charter member and secretary of Salish Sea Rotary and a current board member of the Mason County Historical Society. Himlie has served as a board member for both the Shelton Mason County Chamber and the Mason County Association of Realtors (MCAR).

JoAnna Harrison

Treasurer Harrison is the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Cascade in Wenatchee. She currently serves as the vice president for the board of directors for the North Central Washington Association of Realtors (NCWAR). Harrison has been the recipient of NCWAR’s Realtor Achievement Award both in 2020 and 2022.

Rachelle Willhite

Secretary Willhite is the founder and owner of Best Choice Realty with 10 offices across all of Washington, Idaho and Oregon. She values the relationships built within the community by actively participating with the NWMLS Finance Committee, various NWMLS Task Forces, builder associations, chambers of commerce for several cities, and independent broker associations statewide. She is a certified instructor and actively teaches real estate continuing education with her clock hour school.

Frank Leach

Immediate past chairperson Leach is a retired Navy diving and salvage officer and longtime resident of the Kitsap Peninsula. He has been involved in real estate brokerage, land use and development and construction management for over 40 years. Leach has been recognized as Businessperson of the Year, Realtor of the Year, Broker Owner of the Year, Realtor RPAC Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Realtor Emeritus, emeritus director for Kitsap Community Foundation, chairman of the board for Land Title Company of Kitsap County and received numerous leadership and achievement awards throughout his career.
